Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the VEXA PLAYER application ('the App') or accessing the vexaplayer.com website ('the Website'), you ('User', 'you') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or the Website.

VEXA PLAYER is a media player application that allows users to play IPTV content from their own subscriptions. The App supports Xtream Codes, M3U playlists, Stalker portals, and MAC portal credentials. VEXA PLAYER does NOT provide IPTV channels, subscriptions, or content. Users must obtain their own legal IPTV subscriptions from third-party providers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VEXA PLAYER for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• Install VEXA PLAYER on devices you own
• Use the App with legally-obtained IPTV credentials
• Activate the App using a purchased license key

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App without permission
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Use the App to stream pirated or unauthorized content
• Share your activation/license key with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with our services

• 30-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card required.
• After the trial period, the App requires activation to continue functioning.
• Activation plans: 1 Year ($4.99) or Lifetime ($12.99), payable via WhatsApp order.
• Activation keys are tied to your device. To transfer to a new device, contact support.
• Lifetime activations are valid for the lifetime of the App, not the user.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality of any content you stream through the App
• Maintaining the security of your activation key
• The IPTV credentials you enter into the App
• Complying with the laws of your country/region
• Any third-party services or subscriptions you use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not attempt to bypass activation, security, or anti-piracy measures

VEXA PLAYER is a player only. We do not control, monitor, host, or endorse any IPTV content, streams, channels, playlists, or third-party services that users may connect to the App.

We disclaim all responsibility for:

• The legality, quality, or availability of third-party IPTV content
• Issues arising from third-party IPTV providers
• Any losses resulting from using third-party services with our App

Users are advised to use only legal, licensed IPTV subscriptions from authorized providers.

• All activations are processed manually via WhatsApp at +212 602159113.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, USDT (crypto), Bank Transfer.
• Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Existing activations are not affected by price changes.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us via WhatsApp for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are offered.
• Refunds are not provided for: violations of these Terms, activations on multiple devices, or change-of-mind beyond 30 days.

All intellectual property rights in VEXA PLAYER (the App, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content on the Website) are owned by VEXA PLAYER and are protected by international copyright laws.

The 'VEXA PLAYER' name, logo, and brand are trademarks of VEXA PLAYER. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks (Xtream Codes, M3U, Stalker, etc.) are property of their respective owners. References to these are for compatibility purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to VEXA PLAYER at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Sharing or pirating activation keys
• Illegal use of the App

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections that should survive termination (IP, Liability, Indemnity) remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VEXA PLAYER, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you stream through the App

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• A notice on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date
• An in-app notification (for significant changes)
• An email to registered users (if applicable)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation (first, contact us at support@vexaplayer.com)
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration or competent courts in Marrakech, Morocco

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that most closely matches the original intent.
