At VEXA PLAYER, we stand behind the quality of our product. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid activations (1 Year and Lifetime). If you are not completely satisfied with VEXA PLAYER for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. We believe in our app, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Eligibility for a Refund
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, WhatsApp receipt, or transaction ID)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your activation key has not been shared, distributed, or used on multiple unauthorized devices
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- You violated our Terms of Service
- Issues with your IPTV provider (third-party — we don't control these)
- Internet connection issues unrelated to the App
- Compatibility issues you didn't verify before purchase
- You purchased multiple activations and are requesting a refund only for "extras"
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free. Choose one of the methods below:
Option 1: WhatsApp (fastest) — Send a message to +212 602159113 with your order date, payment method, and reason for refund (optional). Average response time: under 2 hours during business hours.
Option 2: Email — Send a request to refunds@vexaplayer.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Date]". Include order details, payment method, transaction ID/screenshot. Average response time: within 24 hours.

Processing Time by Payment Method
Refund times depend on your original payment method. We process refunds within 5 business days on our end.
Partial Refunds
We generally do NOT offer partial refunds. Within the 30-day window, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. Exceptions where partial refunds may apply: currency conversion losses (we refund the exact amount received) and payment processor fees retained by third-party providers (rare). If a partial refund applies, we will inform you before processing.
Refunds for Lifetime Activations
Lifetime activations are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime activations are non-refundable except in cases of: technical issues we cannot resolve, service discontinuation by VEXA PLAYER (prorated compensation), or significant breach of these Terms by VEXA PLAYER.
Refunds for the 30-Day Free Trial
The 30-day free trial requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. After the trial expires, the App requires activation. If you choose to activate, the 30-day refund period begins from the date of activation purchase, not the trial start date.
What Happens to Your Activation After a Refund
Once a refund is issued: your activation key is permanently revoked, the App reverts to trial mode or requires re-activation, your device may be added to our refund records to prevent abuse, and you may not request another refund for the same payment. Continuing to use the App after a refund violates our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and will be disputed with evidence.
We strongly prefer resolving issues directly. Our refund process is fast, fair, and transparent.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the 30-day window in cases of: service discontinuation by VEXA PLAYER, verified technical defects that prevent App use, death of the license holder (with proof), or other extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion. Contact refunds@vexaplayer.com with details.
Pricing & Promotions
Refunds are calculated based on the price you paid, not current pricing. Promotional/discounted purchases are refunded at the discounted price. Bundle activations are refunded as a whole — partial bundle refunds are not offered. Currency conversion losses are not compensated.
Refunds Are NOT Provided For
- Activation keys that have been shared, leaked, or sold
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (except as noted in Section 10)
- Issues caused by third-party IPTV providers
- Issues caused by user error (wrong M3U URL, expired credentials, etc.)
- Compatibility issues with devices not on our supported list
- Activations purchased through unauthorized resellers
- Trial period — no payment was made, so no refund applies
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, will not affect refund eligibility for purchases made before the update, and will apply to new purchases from the date of update.
